Il Valletto was founded in the spring of 1998 by our Italian founder Mario Marotta who came to Pittsburgh from Naples, Italy with his mother's recipes. We are proud to continue using her traditional healthy Italian cooking. "IL Valletto" pronounced "L Valatto" means "the servant". We are here to serve you.
